Ideal Candidates must possess the ability to:

• Deliver benchmark relationship management skills
• Prospect, cold-call, develop leads and convert leads in to contracts - via phone and in-person
• Maintain good profit margin throughout the negotiation and selling process
• Provide quality feedback on how to best accommodate your clients' needs
• Prepare a variety of status reports - including call activity, weekly goals and accomplishments
• Desire to aggressively pursue and exceed monthly sales goals - both individual and team goals
• Work well with all team members
• Self-start and work effectively in both autonomous and team environments

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience (Advertising sales a plus)
• Must possess outstanding organizational, written, presentation and verbal communication skills
• Must be highly motivated and a team player
• Bachelors degree preferred by not required
• OUTSTANDING closing skills - If you are an extraordinary closer of profitable contracts, all other requirements do not matter
